1. How can I pay?
 | You can pay by bank transfer.
When you pay by bank transfer we offer a discount of 2% or under certain circumstances (see below) a free shipment. |

Deliveries to Packstations are not possible in this case.

| XXL-delivery:

Necessary for orders which contain large sheets, pads or cases (16"/40 cm or larger), independent of the weight or value of goods. They are marked as "XXL" or  . The higher costs for shipping and packaging result in higher costs for shipping large parcels.

3. How do you deliver?
|
All deliveries which are shown as 3,95 € shipping charge will be shipped as a (signed for) Deutsche Post Maxibrief or Hermes parcel.
Small items shipping is done in a cardboard box (pencils) or in a cardboard envelope (for papers).
Shipping to DHL Packstations is possible for DHL parcels.
4. Hermes Shop2Shop? How does that work?
a) Visit the Hermes Website
b) fill in your postcode (Germany only)
c) Hermes suggests some Paketshops near that place. Choose one and use its address as your delivery address.
d) the parcel will be delivered to the PaketShop. Hermes informs you about that per mail, and you can pick up your parcel in the PaketShop within the next 10 days.
Your parcel will be shipped after we received your payment (usually, when everything is in stock, on the day of payment or max. 24 hours later).

On demand, we ship your goods as a climate friendly, CO2-neutral GoGreen letter, in case it is sent as a Deutsche Post letter. This is free of charge for you - just check the GoGreen box during checkout.
